Joséphine (75cl)
Grape variety: Gamay Noir with white juice. A beautiful pearly pale color, with intense, fine floral aromas. Full of finesse, delicious, with good length, this is pure elegance.
Par Tee (75 cl)
Cinsault. Crystal-clear rosé with pale pink reflections, very beautiful color. Fresh berries on the nose, light and supple on the palate.

AOC Bordeaux Supérieur White (75cl)
Sauvignon blanc et gris / Sémillon – Cuvé majeur: Bright straw yellow and gold, heavy in the glass. Complex nose of dried fruit, apricots, fresh hazelnuts, Williams pears, toast, pepper and nutmeg.
AOC Coteaux du Lyonnais (75 cl)
Grape variety: Chardonnay-Aligoté. A dry white with a nose of citrus fruit and white flowers. The Aligoté gives it a touch of vivacity, while the Chardonnay adds elegance and length on the palate.
This wine is a perfect match for the fish starter.
AOC Entre Deux Mers (75 cl)
Grape varieties: Sauvignon – Sémillon – Muscadelle. A very aromatic dry white, with a nose of citrus fruit, boxwood, grapefruit, white peach and lychee. Full-bodied and round on the palate. Goes well with foie gras terrine.
AOC Chablis (75 cl)
Chardonnay: Dry, bright, fluid and easy to digest, with citrus aromas of lemons and grapefruit. Lively on the palate.

Burgundy Hautes-Cotes de Beaune (75 cl)
Pinot Noir: Ruby red, dark color with violet highlights, with a harmonious nose of red currant, raspberry and black cherry berries and a hint of vanilla marked by the wood of the ageing process. Full-bodied on the palate, with good liveliness and silky tannins.
AOC Mercurey Premier Cru (75cl)
Purplish-red with brilliant reflections and a dark color.
AOC-AOP Corbières (75cl)
Cuvée Délicatesse. Deep red with crimson highlights. Very complex nose of spices and black fruit, with hints of garrigue. Rich, full-bodied palate with notes of gingerbread and vanilla. Serve with meats in sauce, mushrooms.
AOC Bordeaux Supérieur (75cl)
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot. “Cuvée Majeure. A red wine of great elegance, finesse and complexity. A nose of ripe red fruits, blackcurrants, blackberries and spices, with a hint of vanilla, overlies the wine’s volatile aromas. A frank attack on the palate, rich with substance and supple tannins. A perfect accompaniment to lamb.

AOC Champagne Brut Réserve (75 cl)
Pinot Noir – Chardonnay: Pinot Noir brings character and power, Chardonnay finesse and elegance. On the palate, aromatic fruitiness and generous, fine, delicate bubbles, this is a Champagne of terroir.
Blanc de blanc du Jura (75 cl)
A beautiful robe with fine bubbles, which appear in a vertical column to die away at the rim of the flute. Nose of citrus and white stone fruit, fresh mouthfeel and elegant bubbles. A perfect wine for a vin d’honneur or dessert.
Cerdon du Bugey (75 cl)
A very strong aromatic expression of the grape varieties, with a predominance of red fruits.
A semi-dry character resulting from a harmonious balance of acids and residual sugars (natural grape sugars).
